FIBER LASERS FOR CUTTING STAINLESS STEEL Stainless steel is fabricated across almost every industry. Conventional methods include CO2 laser cutting, plasma, water jet, sheering, punching and stamping. Cutting with a Fiber laser can eliminate almost every other method. With the speed of linear motors and the power of a Fiber laser cutting up to 1", almost every method of fabricating stainless steel becomes obsolete. Although other lasers can cut thick stainless steel, Fiber technology is extremely efficient, reliable and relatively zero maintenance. This positions Fiber laser cutting as the preferred method over conventional technologies.
FIBER LASERS FOR CUTTING COPPER Copper has its own niche market and not many manufactures attempt to use lasers during fabrication. Copper is highly reflective to the wavelength of conventional lasers and will damage the internal optics if used. The most common methods are water jet cutting and stamping. However, Fiber lasers are ideal for this application. With a shorter wavelength, smaller spot size and greater power density, Fiber lasers are perfect for cutting highly reflective materials.
FIBER LASERS FOR CUTTING BRASS Fiber lasers are ideal for highly reflective metals such as brass. The most common fabrication methods are water jet cutting and stamping. Laser cutting brass eliminates the need for heavy tooling rework and time consuming set up changes. Fiber lasers cut with an extremely high power density and a reduced HAZ (heat affected zone) which makes it possible to laser cut brass while meeting customers' tolerances and specifications.
FIBER LASERS FOR CUTTING ALUMINUM Aluminum is widely used in metal fabrication but not exclusively cut by lasers. Aluminum is extremely reflective to conventional CO2 laser technology. Fiber lasers are the answer. Fiber lasers have a shorter wavelength and greater power density. This enables fiber lasers to cut up to 1" aluminum and penetrate a market in which plasma and water jet ruled.
FIBER LASERS FOR CUTTING MIld carbon STEEL Mild carbon steel is one of the most used metals in fabrication and commonly cut by lasers. CO2 lasers have been the preferred method over plasma and water jet cutting. However, Fiber lasers have technological advancements well beyond that of CO2 lasers and are capable of cutting mild steel with almost half the power.

After-sales service: Training to install (3 options):
A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/MSN/ICQ/whatapp and so on, when you meet some problems with installation, using or adjusting.
B. You can come to our laser factory for training. We will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility. Training Time: 3~5 days
C. Our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local address. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It's better to arrange a translator for both of our engineers during the training period. Training Time: 7 days
